Red Blood Cells

In work with Dr Monica Bokori-Brown, I developed a red blood cell detection and analysis pipeline capable of accurate shape determination for the analysis of the interaction between immunotoxins and the plasma membrane.

For this project I wrote a Python module using conventional image processing approaches, utilising functionility from scikit-image and scipy's ndimage submodule.
